Terms and Conditions – Savora

Welcome to Savora (“Savora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an international platform for the sale
and purchase of online courses. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications,
or any other services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to
be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these
Terms, please do not use our Services.
- Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Services, you
confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy
Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users,
including learners, instructors, and visitors. We reserve the right to update these Terms at
any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after such
changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. - Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that
you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accounts created by minors must be managed by a parent or legal guardian. - Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, such as purchasing or creating courses, you
must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your account credentials (e.g., username and password).
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent,
abusive, or illegal activity. - Services Overview
Savora provides a platform where:
Learners can purchase and access online courses for personal or professional
development.
Instructors can create, upload, and sell courses to a global audience.
Courses may include video lectures, quizzes, assignments, discussion forums, and other
materials (“Content”). Access to purchased courses is provided for your lifetime, unless
otherwise specified, subject to these Terms.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, including
GDPR.
Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise
objectionable.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services.
Engage in academic misconduct, such as cheating or plagiarizing course materials.
Use automated tools (e.g., bots) to access or scrape the Services without permission.
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action. - Content Ownership and Licensing
6.1 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create and submit, such as assignments, forum
posts, or course materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant
Savora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license
to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of
operating and improving the Services.
6.2 Course Content
Instructors retain intellectual property rights to the courses they create. By uploading a
course, instructors grant Savora a license to host, market, and distribute the course to
learners. Learners receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access
and use purchased course content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6.3 Savora Content
All other content on the platform, including the Savora logo, interface, and proprietary
materials, is owned by Savora or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. - Pricing and Payments
7.1 Course Purchases
Courses are priced individually, as set by Savora. Prices are displayed in EUR or USD
currency where possible and include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT in the EU). Payments
are processed through secure third-party providers.
7.2 Subscriptions
Savora may offer subscription plans for access to multiple courses. Subscription fees are
charged monthly or annually, as specified at signup, and renew automatically unless
canceled.
7.3 Refunds
Individual course purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days if no more than 25%
of the course has been completed.
Subscriptions may be canceled anytime, with no further charges after the current billing
cycle.
Under GDPR and EU consumer laws, EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal for
digital purchases, provided course access has not begun.
7.4 Instructor Payments
Instructors receive a revenue share for course sales, as outlined in a separate Instructor
Agreement. Payments are made monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
- GDPR Compliance and Data Protection
Savora is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. As a
data controller, we:
Collect and process personal data (e.g., name, email, payment details) only with your
consent or as necessary to provide the Services.
Use data to deliver courses, process payments, and improve user experience.
Share data with third-party processors (e.g., payment providers) under strict
confidentiality agreements.
Offer you rights to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data, exercisable
via email info@savoracourses.com.

9.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@savoracourses.com.
Upon termination, access to purchased courses may be revoked unless otherwise
required by law.
9.2 By Savora
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
Breach of these Terms.
Non-payment of fees.
Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
Terminated users will be notified and may lose access to the Services without refund,
except as required by applicable law (e.g., GDPR or EU consumer rights).
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savora and its affiliates shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our
total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12
months. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU law. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of
law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, binding
arbitration in Commercial Court Belgrade, Serbia, except where EU consumer laws
mandate otherwise (e.g., resolution in your home country). - Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions
remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any Instructor
Agreement, constitute the full agreement between you and Savora.
